At Rhythm Care Ltd., customer satisfaction is a top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which service cancellations, changes, or refunds may be requested.

1. Service-Based Nature

Our services involve medical support, device consultation, and personalized care planning. As such, once a service has been initiated, it cannot be returned or refunded unless explicitly stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • The service was cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • A double charge or payment error occurred
  • The service could not be delivered due to our internal issue

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed consultations or procedures
  • Device-related services once initiated
  • Custom care plans already provided or executed

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at info@rhythmcareltd.com within 7 days of the transaction. Provide your full name, contact details, and the reason for the refund request.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be rescheduled at no charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a service fee.
